2. Description of Service

Mokkups provides a web-based platform that allows users to create design mockups by placing screenshots into device frames. The Service includes:

• Access to mockup templates and device frames
• Screenshot import and transformation tools
• Export functionality for created mockups
• Premium subscription features for enhanced capabilities

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Premium features are available through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled prior to renewal date
• Payment processing through our third-party payment processor (Stripe)
• No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the screenshots and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Mokkups a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

All mockup templates, device frames, and other materials provided by Mokkups remain our exclusive property. You may use these materials only in accordance with your subscription plan and may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of them.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that your use of the Service does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute mockup templates or our proprietary materials

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mokkups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the Service by any third party

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.

9. Termination
